Filing a Claim Marshall Insurance
We hope you never experience a loss, but if you do, just follow the steps below for a smooth claim process.
If You Have a Claim…
1. Contact our office at 704-684-0082, 704-684-0083 (fax), or gary@marshallins.net (email).
2. If you are not able to reach us during business hours, call your carrier directly:

3. Discuss your circumstances with a claims adjustor to help you decide if you want to file a claim.
HOMEOWNER CLAIM
- Call the fire department or police authorities.
- Take whatever action necessary to protect the property.
- Contact our office.
- Make an inventory of damaged or missing personal property.
AUTO CLAIM
- STOP! Do not leave the scene.
- Report the accident to police and cooperate with authorities.
- Get medical attention if needed.
- DO NOT admit fault or disclose the limits of your policy.
- Guard your property from further damage.
- Get the other driver(s) name, address, phone number, driver’s license number, & license plate number.
- Wait for the police to produce an incident report.
- Contact our office.
