Gary is the founder and president of Marshall Insurance of Rock Hill. He started his insurance career in 1986. His experience includes insurance marketing, sales and underwriting. In 2001, Gary formed Marshall Insurance of Rock Hill in a spare bedroom in his house. From those beginnings, the agency has grown to three locations, Stallings, NC, Rock Hill, SC and North Myrtle Beach, SC. Gary is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Finance and holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and ARM (Associate In Risk Management) designations. Gary and his wife Myra who serves as CFO of the agency, are the adoptive parents of three children. Gary also serves as an elected member of the Union County Board of Education.
